Walk in any business day during walk-in hours. We onboard 30 people a day at the counter. Most qualified candidates are placed within 24 hours.

This is the one we can’t teach. Show up ready to work and treat people well — that’s most of what we’re looking for.

I-9 Documentation

Federal employment law requires you to prove identity and authorization to work in the U.S. You choose which documents to bring from the official acceptable list. Search “USCIS I-9 acceptable documents” or call us at (316) 202-2082 — we’ll walk you through it.

Work Clothes

Dress like you’re going to a job site. Boots if you have them. We may send you straight to a placement.

Humility and Honesty

The Walk-In Process

What to Expect

No formal sit-down. Most of the process happens at the counter — fast, direct, focused on getting you matched to work.

Sign in at the front desk.

Tell our team you’re applying. They’ll start you on a brief application.

Counter intake with a staffing specialist.

Most of the conversation happens at our counter, standing — fast and focused. We learn your work history, ask the questions we need to match you to the right job, and tell you what placements we have.

Background check as required.

Some placements require it; some don’t. We tell you what each job needs.

Get placed.

If we have a fit, we tell you on the spot. Many candidates leave the office with a placement and a start time for the next morning.
